My name is Iben
I work at the intersection of psychology and energy work.
My strength is my ability to see the person behind patterns, roles and strategies — to feel what isn't always said out loud, and to create a space where insight, release and movement can arise.
For many years, I tried to fit into a more traditional understanding of what counted as legitimate knowledge and development. But the more experience I gained with people — and with myself — the clearer it became that we are not just our thoughts and behaviors.
We are also body & energy.
Guided by our unique intuition.

I combine my professional background in educational psychology with intuitive guidance and energetic release.
This gives me the opportunity to work with you on multiple levels – with what you understand, what you feel, and what lies deeper.
Not because I want to fix people, but because I want to support them in getting closer to who they already are through what they have learned.
