Iben helped me, through gentle and spacious conversation, to notice an energetic theme that I have carried around since I was a small child.

Just spotting the theme and finding the root of my "brake block" was a huge relief in itself.

I can count on one hand the times in my life when I have felt the freedom to talk openly, without judgment and without feeling a frog in my throat from sharing my true emotions with someone.

The session with Iben was met with ease and a strong sense of guidance as she navigated me through a wave of feelings associated with an expired, weighted and negative belief system which had been holding me back for some time.

The highly visual meditation at the end allowed me to leap into a new, positive, unburdened truth which was experienced almost immediately and is still going strong a week or so later.

Iben created a safe space to feel vulnerable, whilst at the same time allowing me to feel power in that release of emotion.

The main change I've noticed is the stagnant energy has been released and has made room for a creative shift.

My session with Iben helped me gain a completely different and deeper understanding of a theme - or actually a trauma - that dates back 20 years in my life, and which I have talked to psychologists about extensively over time.

Imagine that only now, with Iben's help, did I get to the root of it, and put into words what it was that I learned as a teenager as my truth, and which I have lived by ever since. A false, but very, very understandable truth that has unconsciously limited me enormously.

Iben helped me both to understand it, to put it into words, and to feel it. Iben then asks questions carefully and offers angles and formulations when emotions come up and it can all get a little vulnerable or confusing.

And that Iben also helps you to let go of this erroneous truth energetically is simply brilliant. I don't understand it, but I felt the energetic release in my body afterwards. A buzzing and floating sensation. So I knew that something quite different had happened - and magical.

It sounds like a big deal, but I actually feel like I walk around the world in a different way after that session with Iben. I feel like something was released from one of the biggest traumas in my life.

I am deeply, deeply grateful.

Remote clearing

I got a clearing from Iben, and what I experienced and felt afterwards is simply WILD!

Shortly after Iben had done the clearing and BEFORE I listened to her words with highlights from the clearing, I suddenly felt some clear physical reactions in my body. I was sitting in my chair doing something completely different. I suddenly felt a zooming sensation in my whole body, a strong heaviness or a heaviness, as if something was pulling me down. It was very clear and something I have NEVER experienced before. It also felt like a vitamin pill was stuck in my throat.

Afterwards I listen to the highlights and understand that Iben has, among other things, worked on grounding me and that she has cleared my throat chakra!

I also experience that it is as if the clearing has brought about a huge UNLOCK in relation to the theme I was cleared on. I experience a huge shift in something that was difficult before, which is now suddenly easy and almost completely unproblematic and worry-free to do. I don't feel that I have just "decided" to make a change. Because the shift is so big, clear and easy.

My head doesn't understand it - but my body does.

It is a very special and unique experience to get a Clearing. Before I tried clearing for the first time, I was very skeptical. But when I tried it on my own body and paused in my head, it was a wildly moving experience. Iben puts words and explanations to inner experiences that I have not said out loud and for which I have not had words. It is like being seen on a deep level.

It is an experience that is difficult to describe in words – it is something that has to be experienced and felt. I feel that the themes that I have been Cleared on flow more easily within me now. I am less triggered in those situations and I feel more free and light within the themes that I have been cleared on. It has not completely disappeared, but it has become easier to be with. It is huge. It is a shift that feels very organic and natural.

I think Iben is a very safe guide. She is very authentic and loving and she is legit. She has some abilities and gifts that I can't explain. But they work and it lands in a loving and safe place every time. If you are in doubt about trying a clearing with Iben, my invitation is DO IT.

Already in the days leading up to my session with Iben, I felt a shift within myself. There was something inside me that was ready to be released and I physically felt it starting to push itself to the surface within me.

Letting Iben guide me was a warm and safe experience and my vulnerability was grasped so that I could simply accept and be present.

After the session with Iben, I have felt more united and no longer feel trapped in old narratives about myself that have held me back. I feel a greater lightness in my mind and feel that a connection has been re-created between my past and my present, enabling a brighter future with more joy and ease.
